J.E.M. was established in 2014 with the idea of alleviating pressure caused by unemployment, not only in our home country, but world-wide by doing something that we love; software development. We want to create useful products that are tailor made for each customer and that are easy to use. By doing this we aim to create job opportunities for underprivileged individuals who are eager to learn and contribute to the company. We started out with a few small projects and no clue of what we were capable of. This quickly became over 20 projects with a range of other products available, such as website design and maintenance, software packages and development and our very first advanced action-adventure game called Vigilante. Our aim is to become one of the largest global software companies ever seen. We don’t just want to leave a stamp on the world, we want to change it. We want to promote economic growth, consumer well-being, living-standards and contribute to environmental sustainability. This growth-mindset and absolute determination to create a better future is exactly why our company will be the face of the future!

Although J.E.M. is a relatively young company, our head programmer and CEO, Mr. Eon van Wyk, has over 8 years of software and IT related experience. From a young age Mr. van Wyk has been drawn to technology eager to figure out how it worked and how to improve it. He then used this curiosity to start this company in the hopes that the company could achieve world-betterment.
Project timelines: We stick to them!

At J.E.M. we truly understand that time is money. We have start and completion dates for every project that we undertake and it is our top priority to achieve client satisfaction within the allotted timeframe. Don’t worry, this does not mean that we only focus on completion of the project and forget all about product quality! We ensure that every project is done according to user specification and that a high level of quality and integrity is maintained throughout the project.
